At Carte Blanche, we strive to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your order. Below you will find our shipping policy with all relevant information on processing times, delivery times, shipping costs and more.

Storage locations:
Our stock is stored in multiple international locations, which allows us to guarantee fast deliveries to any customer, no matter where you are in the world. Therefore, products may be shipped internationally to customers.

Tracking your order:
You can track your order through our Track & Trace-page.
The Track & Trace information is usually available within 4 days.

Processing times:

- Processing time for clothing: 24-48 hours.
- Processing time for shoes: 24-72 hours.

Delivery times:

- Delivery of clothing: 7-12 days from order confirmation.
- Delivery of shoes: 10-15 days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs:

- Some products have free shipping, which is clearly indicated on the product page. For other products, shipping costs vary based on packaging, weight and destination. For orders that are a combination of free shipping products and products with shipping costs, shipping is only paid for the products that require it.

- All international orders with a value of up to 150 euros exclude service charges and IOSS VAT.

Multiple shipments:
Due to our distributed storage locations, an order may be shipped in multiple track & Trace numbers and packages.
